RE-OPENING OF COLLEGES

The colleges under the Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) i.e. both group of colleges that come under Gautam Buddha Technical University (GBTU) and Mahamaya Technical University (MTU) have been scheduled to re-open on or after 27th of January 2014.

The UPTU Lucknow on its calender has mentioned the reopeing dates as 27th and which is unlikely to change as of now. There has been no circulars regarding change of opening date and so the calender dated are presumed to be th final opening dates.

Although the dates of the carry over that start from 20th of this month have gone upto 12th of feburary 2014 but seeing the past university action is is assumed that carryover examinations will go hand in hand with the regular classes and university will not entertain any examination at the cost of regular classes. hence the dates of re-opening are likely to be from 27th of Jaunary which would be the date of registration and 28th of january would be the date of commencement of regular classes of the even semester for all the years.

Scholarship to be credited in account via E-Payment.

                         A good news for all the candidates who are applying for the scholarship which is granted by the UP government. Every year lakhs of students fill the form of schoalrship but only few of them get the actual amount. Most of the amount is digested by the authorities that actually falls in the process of crediting amount in the bank account of students.

                      This year UP goverment has took a major step of sending the scholarship money directly into the bank account of the respective student. This will be accomplished with the help of a software platform which will transfer money directly into the bank account of the student with the help of E-payment system.

                  First phase of this system will be launched in lucknow and if it is successful there it will be introduced in th colleges of NCR. After the payment has been transfered into the bank account of student he will get a confirmation message on his mobile number.

Scholarship for General/OBC/SC/ST is issue by UP samaj kalyan vibhag, only for those students whose family income is below 2 lakh per year.
Any eligible candidate from UP institute, college can fill UP scholarship form from 1st October 2013 to 31st December 2013.
There is only one option to fill UP scholarship form 2013-14 that online on http://scholarship.up.nic.in/
Please read and recheck all entries on scholarship form before click on submit button and must take printout of filled online scholarship form.
When any candidate fill UP scholarship form 2013-14, he/she get a registration number which will use to fill scholarship form and also helpful for further inquiry of his/her scholarship status in future.

After filling UP scholarship forms every candidate require to submit all necessary document (self attested) to their respective institute with in 7 days of online filling of scholarship form.

After 31st December 2013, UP scholarship filling process on scholarship.up.nic.in will be locked and after that no one able to submit any scholarship application online.
If your scholarship form will accepted then you get your scholarship money  by e-payment in your respective bank account which you written in your online scholarship form.
You also get SMS on your registered mobile number on four occasion (when you submit your form THEN when your college submit your detail THEN when your scholarship application is accept and LAST when money is transfer in your account).
